Influence of air-fuel ratio and spark advance. Air-fuel ratio and spark advance are key factors for the optimal enginefunction, and so it is managed. Why is air-fuel ratio of fhe air and fuel (weight) provided enginein: is the ratio of the ideal (stechiometric) achieved when ensure complete combustion. Too much or too little air will produce a mixture of lean or rich, respectively, which affects the horse power and fueI (see fig. 1, and the content of polluting emissions, see Figure 2). Managing electronic spark advance optimizes the performance motor : the maximum power, transition, consumption, pollution.
